Refund Policy

At Digital Marketing 4FP, LLC Agency it is our mission to satisfy all of our planners, and we go above and beyond to over deliver. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our services, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding a refund. In 99% of the cases we will award you a full refund for your plan for our services. In very rare cases we do reserve the right to reject any refund request as it pertains to our digital services.

For all marketing services, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the level of expertise provided, do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. For marketing services, we will require an exit interview to occur prior to any refunds being issued. If a refund is found to be in order, all marketing services in your plan that haven’t been started will be available for a refund. Please note that if any of the marketing services in your plan have been used, you are not eligible for a refund.

Should you decide to discontinue our services you will be charged a 25% administrative/project management fee. The 25% administrative/project setup fee only applies to the most recent payment made. Any outstanding services remaining are available for refund. Please note all payments made and hours used are considered to be fulfilled as a result of you approving work.

If for any reason you are unresponsive to our meetings for more than 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. We work unbelievably hard to keep clear and transparent communications, we would like to ask that you do the same, if at any point you are not 100% satisfied, let us know immediately and we can easily adjust our marketing style to better serve your specific needs.
